Today, we define the word accompaniment:

ac-com-pa-ni-menta term descriptive of one’s working conditions, esp. with regard to large corporations.

“Brenda was pleased about her husband’s new position with the Wall Street investment banking firm, yet she was at the same time concerned that his job at such accompaniment he’d be working very long hours.”
